Frequently asked questions

Anonymity, reports, open data: answers to the most common questions.

Who does what?

  • Monitors visit, answer the questionnaire, take photos and verify fixes.
  • The school acknowledges problems, acts and reports what was done.
  • CERC trains the clubs, checks data quality, facilitates dialogue and publishes results.

Will my name be published?

No. Public pages only show the author’s role: monitor, school or CERC.

Can I report a problem without being a monitor?

Yes: a free report form is available for problems the questionnaire does not cover. A phone number is requested and never published.

Can the data be reused?

Yes. Problems, anonymised visits and schools can be downloaded as CSV from the dashboard.
