From finding to fix, in five steps

1

Identify

Club members listen to students, parents and teachers: what needs to change? They choose what they will monitor.

2

Observe and record

During regular visits, always in pairs, they answer a questionnaire shared by all schools, take photos and notes.

3

Make it public

Every “no” answer becomes a problem published on EduCheck and on the school notice board; the school administration is informed.

4

Discuss solutions

Problems and solutions are discussed in a dialogue between students, school management, parents and authorities. With patience, most problems are solved.

5

Verify and celebrate

One monitor records the fix, a second one confirms it. Successes are displayed as prominently as problems.
